A hearing was held in Pristina against Naim Murseli, Granit Plavë and Kushtrim Kokalla, accused of the murder of Liridona Ademaj.
During the hearing on the murder of Liridona Ademaj, prosecutor Javorka Perlinçeviç proposed that some evidence be administered, including that regarding the debt that the accused in the murder, Naim Murseli, had.
She indicated that the value of Muresli's debts was close to half a million euros.
"369,968.77 euros [debt] and during the defendant's testimony, information he provided to police investigators, in the detention unit, he also had debts to natural persons in the amount of 106 thousand euros, which means that the total value of the defendant's debt in March 2024, when the analysis of his financial situation was made, was 475,968.77 euros," said Perlinçević.
During the administration of evidence, the prosecutor also announced the response they received from the Swedish state regarding Liridona's life insurance.
"And further the rest is the response of the competent authorities of the Kingdom of Sweden, which confirms to us that from the Swedish authorities, a response has been received that Liridona Murseli had a life insurance policy with a validity period of June 25, 2022, in the amount of 3 million Swedish kronor, in which the successor of the insurance benefit in the event of loss of life is not mentioned and in these cases according to the law, if there are no dependents after her death, according to Swedish law, the beneficiary of the policy would be the spouse," she stated.
Also, according to the prosecutor, contacts between Granit Plava and Naim Murseli were found on the social network Whatsapp and according to the evidence found, those contacts began on November 23, 2023 at around 6:33 PM and continued for days until November 24, 27, 28, 2023 and on the date when the murder occurred on November 29, 2023.
The prosecutor emphasized that on November 28, 2023, at 7:41 p.m., the defendant Murseli sent a message to Plava, where he wrote "comrade, of course it will be done tomorrow...".
