
The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani met with the British Prime Minister, Rishi Sunak in the European Political Community.
The news was announced by the British MP and at the same time the head of the commission for foreign policy of Great Britain, Alicia Kearns.
Through a post on Twitter, Kearns writes that Great Britain was one of the first countries to recognize Kosovo's independence. She also added that Britain must continue to be a peacekeeping state in all forums.
"Pleased to see Rishi Sunak and the president of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, meet them in the European Political Community. We were one of the first countries to recognize Kosovo's independence, and as a friend of Kosovo we must embrace our continued role as peacekeepers in all forums," Kearns writes.
