The world-famous singer, Adele, has confessed that during one of her concerts in Vegas, she had an unpleasant skin infection.
The 35-year-old said she was 'itchy' after sweating in her Spanx corset while performing under the hot lights at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace. As a result, the skin around the middle is irritated and filled with pimples.
The British woman confessed that she already suffers from "jock itch", a skin infection in the groin area, which affects the upper part of the thighs, the back and the lower part of the abdomen.
"Obviously when I'm at concerts, I wear Spanx so I can wear any outfit and have it fit as well as possible. But I sweat a lot, and that sweat doesn't go anywhere. So, I practically "swim" in my sweat. The doctor made it clear to me that I already have a skin infection that requires treatment," she said. The disease in question usually affects athletes who sweat a lot.
Adele, who recently underwent vocal cord surgery, also claimed that the drug had not damaged her voice during a trip to the Dominican Republic, where she sang non-stop karaoke for four hours.
