Sean “Diddy” Combs has filed a new legal appeal seeking his immediate release from prison, directly challenging his federal sentence. The latest move by the famous artist and producer is expected to cause a huge stir, not only in the world of justice, but also in the showbiz industry.
According to court documents filed with the court, Combs' lawyers argue that the judge overstepped his authority when sentencing him, considering charges that the jury had found the artist not guilty of. The defense claims that this action directly influenced the severity of the sentence.
