Priscilla Presley is facing a tough legal battle after her former business partners, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, have amended their lawsuit claiming she is responsible for Elvis Presley's death.
The lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, seeks $50 million and contains serious allegations against Elvis' ex-wife.
According to the documents, Kruse and Fialko say Priscilla pressured Elvis and placed a lien on Graceland less than four months before he died, pushing the artist to his death on August 16, 1977. They also claim that she used the lien to force Elvis' father, Vernon Presley, to make her co-executor of Elvis' estate.
Former business partners also accuse Priscilla of being responsible for Lisa Marie Presley's death in 2023, claiming she took her daughter off life support despite a signed directive. They describe Priscilla as a 'sociopath and master con artist' who exploited the Presley name for personal gain.
Priscilla's attorney, Marty Singer, told TMZ: "These claims are absurd and ridiculous. We expect the next amendment to claim that Priscilla is responsible for the death of John F. Kennedy. Brigitte Kruse and her co-conspirators are accused of taking advantage of Priscilla and embezzling $1 million. We will vigorously defend our client."
Now, Riley Keough, Lisa Marie's daughter, is in charge of her estate and owns a significant portion of Elvis Presley's Graceland estate after paying Priscilla millions of dollars to settle a dispute over the trust. The amended lawsuit also includes alleged text messages between Riley and Priscilla, in which Riley reminds her grandmother why Lisa Marie wanted her removed from the trust in the first place.
This case continues to highlight major conflicts within the Presley family, including harsh accusations, claims of personal gain, and a legal battle that has received widespread media coverage.
