Prince William is the one who has banned Prince Harry from returning to the royal family in any way, shape or form.
This was confirmed by an internal source. It has been reported that William has taken over the disciplinarian role within the royal family held by his late grandfather, Prince Philip.
In the claims, which were made in response to a new YouGov poll about the most popular male royal, William described ruling the family "with an iron fist". As reported by the Daily Beast, a source said: “There is a feeling that William has taken on the role of Prince Philip. Philip ruled the family with an iron fist. Now William is in command when it comes to family discipline. He can get scary!”
They added that William is demonstrating his discipline through an absolute ban on Harry returning in any way shape or form to the family. We recall that Meghan Markle, who later became the Duchess of Sussex through her marriage to Prince Harry, had a little-known past that included a failed marriage to film producer Trevor Engelson.
