Ajlin Petrela, the ex-wife of comedian and mayor of Kolonja, Erion Isai, has spoken for the first time about the reasons that led to the end of their marriage, after they became parents of two daughters.
The director confessed that the decision to end the marriage was made by both of them, emphasizing that she did not want their daughters to grow up traumatized by the scenes they might see between their parents if they continued to be together.
"It was a decision made by both parties, it's better for the girls to live happily in two homes than stressed in one," she said in an interview with MCN.
Ajlin Petrela said that she and Erion Isai maintain a calm relationship for the sake of the girls.
She also revealed that she is in a love relationship, adding that she met her new partner on social media.
The director added that the man who stole her heart is not part of the media and that she does not want his identity to be made public.
