Sean "Diddy" Combs won't have it easy when he gets out of prison after serving his 50-month sentence.
According to court documents, he will be on probation for five years. He must attend regular meetings with his assigned police officer and abstain from using narcotics. After his release, he will undergo a drug test within 15 days and two other periodic tests.
The rapper must become part of a testing program, mental health treatment, and an approved domestic violence program.
The employee assigned to him can meet him at any time without notice and he must stay in a residence approved by the special department. Diddy must accept a search of his person, property, tools, documents, computers and cell phones in the event that there is a reasonable suspicion that he has violated a condition of his freedom.
He cannot possess or use a firearm, ammunition, destructive devices or dangerous weapons. He must also work at least 30 hours a week and is prohibited from communicating with anyone involved in criminal activity.
On October 3, Diddy pleaded guilty to two counts of transportation for the purpose of prostitution. He has already served a year in prison at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Brooklyn. He has also requested a transfer to a prison in New Jersey, but this request must be approved by the Bureau of Prisons.
