Singer Leonora Jakupi has been in a romance for years, which she has kept out of the public eye. The famous singer has spoken, as she rarely does, about her partner, with whom she said they have been together for 15 years.
Jakupi revealed that she has considered getting married but the reason she has been hesitant so far is her late father. In an interview she gave to the media in Kosovo, the singer emphasized that the absence of her father has "cost" her from going to the altar and not wearing a white veil.
"A 15-year-old, long, stable love, a love in which I find a lot of comfort, comfort and support. We live together, it's been a while, I have chosen to keep my private life private just like my brother. My partner does not want to be exposed on social media. Many people have told me why he does not crown his love with a marriage. It is the absence of a father that has limited me from doing such a thing because like every girl who dreams of going to the altar, in his absence I have hesitated to wear the veil," said the singer.
