Leonardo DiCaprio had an unusual experience while on holiday in Ibiza when Spanish police stopped him before entering a party without initially recognizing him. Footage of the moment, widely shared on social media, shows the actor checking his phone while waiting in line for verification.
A woman in the background is heard saying: "They're checking me carefully now," although it has not been confirmed whether it was his girlfriend, model Vittoria Ceretti, who was present in Ibiza with DiCaprio.
According to a source for Page Six, it wasn't just the Oscar winner who was subject to a security check — all guests were checked for identity before entering. After confirming their documents, officers allowed the actor to pass.
Ibiza is one of DiCaprio's favorite summer destinations, where he has been frequently seen in recent years, including on Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez's luxury yacht.
