The Tirana court released Ruensa Haxhian, known as Enca, from detention. The singer was arrested after planting cannabis in the yard of her apartment in Lundre, exactly 5 roots.
The court changed the security measure from 'imprisonment' to 'obligation to appear'.
The lawyers have claimed that the control of the singer's apartment was illegal, so, according to the defenders, he planted the 5 cannabis roots out of curiosity. In the meantime, the prosecution has requested the security measure "arrest in prison".
Ruensa Haxhia admitted to the police during the arrest that she had the cannabis planted in pots on the balcony of the apartment for personal use.
Enca was with her boyfriend when she was arrested, while the singer admitted that she was a hashish user.
