Arsenal have been officially declared Premier League champions for the 2025-2026 season, following Manchester City's 1-1 draw away to Bournemouth.
With a four-point advantage and only one match left to play, the London team has mathematically secured the English championship title, ending a 22-year wait.
The match at the Vitality Stadium was decided by Krupi's 39th-minute goal, which gave Bournemouth the advantage over the reigning champions. Manchester City only managed to avoid defeat in the final minutes with Erling Haaland's goal, but the draw was not enough to keep the title race alive.
This result is a heavy blow for Pep Guardiola, in his final season at the helm of Manchester City.
After winning the league, Arsenal will now focus on the Champions League final. On May 30, the Londoners will face PSG in Budapest, in search of Europe's most important club trophy.
