After being eliminated in the Champions League by Inter, Bayern returned to the field today in a match against Heidenheim, valid for week 30 in the Bundesliga. The Bavarians dominated the match from start to finish and won without much fatigue 0-4.
The first half was all about the Bavarians, who found the net three times. Harry Kane opened the scoring in the 12th minute with a powerful shot from just outside the penalty area, following an assist from Oliseh.
The second goal came 6 minutes later from Konrad Laimer, who headed the ball into the net after a quick counterattack and a perfect assist from Gnabry. The third goal came from Kingsley Coman in the 35th minute. In the second half, Joshua Kimmich scored the fourth goal with a beautiful shot inside the area.
With this victory, Bayern is getting closer and closer to the title. The Bavarians lead with 72 points, 9 more than Leverkusen, who has one game less. In other challenges, Freiburg won 3-2 against Hoffenheim, Mainz drew 2-2 against Wolfsburg, while Leipzig drew 1-1 against Holstein Kiel. There are 3 teams in the race for fourth place, the last "ticket" that sends you to the Champions League.
Leipzig ranks fourth with 49 points, Freiburg in fifth place with 48 points, while Mainz is sixth with 47 points.
