Eight game suspension and ban on entering the sports facilities until the end of the sentence.
This is the measure taken by the Disciplinary Commission for the official of Vllaznia, Artan Brahimi, for repeatedly unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials.
Two officials of Besa e Kavaja, Romeo Bizhdili and coach Dorian Bubeqi, are punished by four match suspensions.
Decisions of the Disciplinary Committee:
1- The official of KF Vllaznia, Artan Brahimi, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials repeatedly, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 8 (eight) matches suspension from the activity. Pursuant to article 6/2/c of the KDE, the official is prohibited from entering all stadiums, sports activities organized by the AFL, until the end of the sentence.
2- The official of FC Besa, Romeo Bizhdili, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the officials of the match based on article 14/1/j of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from the activity.
3- The FC Besa official, Dorian Bubeqi, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) match suspension from the activity.
4- Albanet U-19 player, Luis Sardi, for threatening the match officials, based on article 14/1/k of KDE, is punished with 10 (ten) matches suspension from activities.
5- Youth EL B, U-13, for failure to fulfill obligations and responsibilities causing the abandonment of a valid match of the Second Category, Regional area Tirana, against AF Champions U-13, based on article 16/1 of KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the match on the table with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.
6- Acceptance of the request of KF Egnatia, for the conversion of the remaining part of the punishment for the player Sebastjan Spahiu based on Article 75 of the KDE.
7- Dismissal of the request of the player of KF Erzeni U-21, Laert Sallaku, as not based on the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
8- The dismissal of the request of the player of KF Erzeni U-21, Klaus Cerganji, as not based on the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
9- Dismissal of the request of the player of KF Erzeni U-21, Klajvi Zeneli, as not based on the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
10- An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
