The Ethics Commission of the Albanian Football Federation has made public the disciplinary decisions taken after the end of the 35th week of the "Abissnet Superiore" championship, which ended on Wednesday.
One of the harshest measures was taken against Flamurtari, after incidents caused by fans in the match that marked the team's relegation from the division. The Vlora club was fined 200 thousand new lek, and will play two more matches without fans present.
Meanwhile, the Commission has also punished the president of the Vllaznia women's team, Lazer Matija. According to the decision, he threatened match officials, which resulted in a severe disciplinary measure against him.
As a result, Matija has been banned from entering all stadiums where activities organized by the Albanian Football Federation take place.
Decisions of the Disciplinary Committee:
"1. Flamurtari FC, for the misconduct of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field, endangering the safety of officials and players of the opposing team, as well as for the use of offensive chants towards match officials, based on articles 6/3/b, 8/1, 17/2/b, 17/2/e and 17/2/h of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 200,000 (two hundred thousand) lek, as well as with the holding of 2 (two) matches without the presence of spectators.
2. FC flag official, Erion Dinaj, for violating the basic rules of good conduct, by entering the field of play in an unauthorized and irregular manner, based on article 13/2/a of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
3. KF Teuta official, Mark Dodaj, for provocation of spectators, based on article 14/1/f of the KDE, is punished with a 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
4. KF Tirana, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field, based on article 17/2/b of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lek.
5. KF Vllaznia, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field, based on article 17/2/b of the KDE, is fined 50,000 (fifty thousand) lek.
6. KF Iliria, for the misconduct of the officials allowed in the stadium stands, by throwing objects on the playing field, based on Article 17/2/b of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lek. According to Article 76/1/a of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.
7. The official of KF Vllaznia Vajza, Lazer Matija, for threatening match officials, based on article 14/1/k of the KDE, is sentenced to 10 (ten) matches suspension from all activities organized by the FSHF. In accordance with article 6/2/c of the KDE, the official is prohibited from entering all stadiums, in sports activities organized by the FSHF, until the end of the sentence.
8. KF Vllaznia Vajza player, Ambra Reshiti, for violent behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/h of the KDE, is punished with a 5 (five) match suspension from all activities organized by the Albanian Football Association.
9. KF Vllaznia Vajja player, Jysila Kolekaj, for violent behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/h of the KDE, is punished with a 5 (five) match suspension from all activities organized by the Albanian Football Association.
10. KF Vllaznia Vajja player, Desara Lorja, for violent behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/h of the KDE, is punished with a 5 (five) match suspension from all activities organized by the Albanian Football Association.
11. KF Vllaznia Vajza player, Ecrin Ileri, for violent behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/h of the KDE, is punished with a 5 (five) match suspension from all activities organized by the Albanian Football Association.
12. KF Vllaznia Vajja player, Besarta Guri, for violent behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/h of the KDE, is punished with a 5 (five) match suspension from all activities organized by the Albanian Football Association.
13. KF Vllaznia Vajja player, Franceska Hila, for violent behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/h of the KDE, is punished with a 5 (five) match suspension from all activities organized by the Albanian Football Association.
14. KF Vllaznia Vajja player, Keida Hasaj, for violent behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/h of the KDE, is punished with a 5 (five) match suspension from all activities organized by the Albanian Football Association.
15. Multisport 21 Tirana U-14, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category U-14 Championship, Tirana Regional Zone, against Kamza Sport U-14, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) Lek and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
16. Kamza 07, U-14, for failure to fulfill obligations and responsibilities by causing the abandonment of the valid match of the Second Category U-14, against Tirana King U-14, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) Lek and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee."
