The Disciplinary Committee has made decisions for the final week of Albanian football.
For the incorrect behavior of the "ultras" fan group, using insults, throwing flares and hitting the opposing fans with objects, the Elbasan club has been fined 100,000 lek, while Tirana and Vllaznia from the Superiore have also been fined.
Both clubs have been fined 50,000 lek.
On the other hand, Skënder Tahiri, who also plays for Partizan's first team, has been suspended for 4 matches for unsportsmanlike conduct in the U-19 team's challenge.
Decisions of the Disciplinary and Ethics Committee:
1- KF Vllaznia, for improper behavior of spectators, by lighting flares and other pyrotechnic devices, based on article 17/2/c of the KDE, is fined 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë.
2- KF Tirana, for improper behavior of spectators, using offensive chants towards the opposing team and fans, based on article 17/2/e of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë.
3-AF Elbasani, for improper behavior of spectators, lighting flares and other pyrotechnic devices as well as using offensive chants towards the opposing team and fans, based on articles 17/2/c and 17/2/e of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek.
4- FK Erzeni player, Elvis Gjoni, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
5- KF Egnatia U-21, for abandoning the valid match of the Abissnet Superiore U-21 championship, against FC Dinamo City U-21, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
6- FK Partizani U-19 official, Florian Ristani, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
7- FK Partizani U-19 player, Skander Tahri, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
8-KF Skënderbeu U-15, for failing to fulfill its obligations and responsibilities by endangering the safety of the match officials and consequently causing the interruption of the valid match of the Abissnet Superiore U-15 championship, against FC Lushnja U-15, based on articles 8/1 and 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 200,000 (two hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
9- Zyrtari i KF Skënderbeu U-15, Ligor Tiko, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE, dënohet me 8 (tetë) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
10- Zyrtari i KF Vllaznia U-17, Arbër Shytani, për kërcënime ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/k të KDE, dënohet me 10 (dhjetë) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
11- KF Teuta Femra, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kupës së Shqipërisë Femra, kunder KF Tirana Femra, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
12- KF Turbina U-19, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kampionatit Kategoria e Parë U-19, kunder FK Erzeni U-19, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
13- Zyrtari i FC Besa U-19, Ardit Guranjaku, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE, dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
14- Lojtari i FC Besa U-19, Kledi Gjergji, për sjellje josportive ndaj lojtarëve kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/b të KDE, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
15- Lojtari i Shkëndija Tiranë U-19, Arsid Gradeci, për sjellje josportive ndaj lojtarëve kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/b të KDE, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
16- FK Shënkolli U-17, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kampionatit Kategoria e Parë U-17, kundër FK Pogradeci U-17, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
17- Lojtari i AF Elbasani U-14, Santi Piku, për sjellje josportive ndaj lojtarëve kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/b të KDE, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
18- Lojtari i AF Elbasani U-14, Drin Bashaliu, për sjellje të dhunshme ndaj lojtarëve kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/h të KDE, dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
19- Lojtari i Dinamo City U-14, Sebastijan Agaci, për sjellje josportive ndaj lojtarëve kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/b të KDE, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
20-Lojtari i FK Apolonia U-14, Rejdi Çapuni, për sjellje josportive ndaj lojtarëve kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/b të KDE, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
21- Kamza Sport U-17, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kategorisë së Dytë, Zona Rajonale Tiranë, kundër Fushë Kruja U-17, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
22- The ÇBS player, Ermal Bala, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 6 (six) matches of suspension from activities.
23- FC Dymbëdhjeta player, Albi Alliu, for violent behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/h of the KDE, is sentenced to 6 (six) matches suspension from activities.
24-KF Laçi U-14, for activating a player who was not eligible to play in the valid match of the Abyssnet Superiore U-14 Championship against KF Skënderbeu U-14, based on articles 19/2 and 19/4/a of the KDE, loses the match on the table with the score 3-0.
25-The official of KF Laçi U-14, Altin Biba, for activating a player who was not entitled to play, based on article 19/4/b of the KDE, is sentenced to 6 (six) months suspension from activity.
26- FK Apolonia U-19, for activating players who were not eligible to play in the valid match of the Abyssnet Superiore U-19 Championship against KF Laçi U-19, based on articles 19/2 and 19/4/a of the KDE, loses the match on the table with the score 3-0.
27- FK Apolonia U-19 official, Sedat Pajaziti, for activating a player who was not eligible to play, based on article 19/4/b of the KDE, is sentenced to 6 (six) months suspension from activity.
28- Acceptance of KF Skënderbeu's request for the conversion of the remaining part of the penalty for player Sie Bismark Charles Këarena based on article 75 of the KDE.
29- Acceptance of the request of the FK Partizani U-17 official, Aldo Duro, to suspend the remaining part of the sentence. The period of conditional suspension, pursuant to Article 34/1 of the KDE, will be 6 (six) months.
30- Acceptance of the request of the KFF Gramshi player, Klesta Ago, to suspend the remaining part of the sentence. The period of conditional suspension, pursuant to article 34/1 of the KDE, will be 6 (six) months.
31- Rejection of the remaining part of the request of KFF Gramshi, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
32- Rejection of the request of the KF Shkodra official, Semir Gokaj, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
33- Rejection of the request of Gaia Triumph player, Klaidi Shala, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
