Milan extended their unbeaten run in the league to 18 matches after scoring a dramatic late goal to draw Fiorentina 1-1 at the Stadio Artemio Franchi.
The Rossoneri have not managed more than a draw in the 20th week of the championship, stopping at the away match against Fiorentina. It was the home team who took the lead first, scoring through Comuzzo, who took advantage of a disorientation in the Milan defense.
Milan tried to react throughout the second half, but found the equalizer only in the last minutes of the match, with Nkunku saving the Rossoneri from a heavy defeat and securing the team a valuable point, but not enough for their title ambitions.
With this draw, Milan is ranked second in the table with 40 points, losing ground to its rivals at the top. On the other hand, Fiorentina continues to struggle, being positioned in 18th place with 14 points, in the relegation zone.
