Jasir Asani spent a day in the capital last week and gave an interview to his former coach, Skënder Gega, on the latter's podcast, "Soccer Talk Podcast".
During the conversation, the player of the Albanian national team spoke about many topics, but mainly about the European Championship and the draw of the Rossoneri for the qualifiers of the World Championship.
" The European Championship was a dream, because we played against three of the best national teams. The greatest pleasure was when we saw 55 thousand Albanian fans in the Dortmund stadium. With a bit of luck, we could have passed the group ."
" Which team impressed me the most? Italy. Dimarco was a very difficult defender. You have no chance to dribble it. I hadn't played for almost five months and I had some difficulties ."
" I am not afraid of any player in the world and I am not a player who is influenced by emotions. World Cup draw? I would like strong teams. I'm not afraid of anyone ."
