The Commission of Discipline and Ethics in the AFL has excluded 5 fans from entering the stadiums in every competition organized by the Federation for an unlimited period.
Deivid Pesjaka, Shpëtim Xorxi, Shendi Sata, Arben Sulaj and Mirash Lila are the names of the fans who caused acts of violence in the match Vllaznia - Tirana (2-2) a few weeks ago played at the 'Loro Boriçi' stadium in Shkodra.
With the help of the Shkodra Police, it has become possible to identify the perpetrators who are excluded from every stadium in the Republic of Albania.

The Commission of Discipline and Ethics after becoming familiar with the relationship of the Technical Secretariat, the correspondence with the Shkodër Local Police Directorate regarding the acts of violence in the "Abissnet Superiore" match, KF Vllaznia - KF Tirana held on 25.08.2024 at 20:00 at the Loro Boriçi stadium, where violations of the legal provisions of Article 48 et seq. of Law 79/2017 "On Sports" were found, as well as after examining the presented documentation and discussing the issues as a whole based on Article 59 et seq. of KDE
Set:
To prohibit the following persons from entering the football stadiums of the Republic of Albania where activities organized by the AFL are held for an unlimited period of time:
David Arben Pesjaka
Salute Ardian Xorxi
Hello Roland Sata
Arben Petrit Sulaj
Mirash Irfan Lila
Based on Article 7 of the KDE, all members of the AFL, who have football stadiums under their administration, are instructed to guarantee the implementation of this decision.
A copy of this decision should be forwarded to the State Police.
