Sparta Prague is continuing its journey towards the "UEFA Champions League" groups, as yesterday it eliminated the Irish from Shamrock Rovers. Protagonist in that meeting, won 4-2, was Indrit Tuci, the Albanian attacker who joined the Czech champions in January of this year.
Tuci has not yet taken a place in the starting line-up, this is also due to the important names in the team, but also because he is a player who has not played a full season yet. However, whenever he was given the chance to play, Indriti made the most of it. In the match against Shamrock, Tuci scored the fourth goal, with a beautiful shot from outside the area. Meanwhile, he said to the media after the matches:
" I think we had control of the game the whole time. I think we were the best team on the pitch. Usually when I get into the game it takes a few minutes to adjust and I need some time. But in this match it was different. I scored straight from my second touch of the ball. I really wanted to try shots, because I work a lot in this direction also in training.
We did our job but they scored twice, which shouldn't happen. In the case of the goal, I was passing to Markus, who could shoot. I saw him in a better position. I generally try to shoot from a distance when I have space. Anyway, I will continue to try my luck ", says Tuci.
