Enea Mihaj is always ready for the national team, despite the fact that the defensive spaces are somewhat narrow. The defender, who is part of Famalikaos, tells how he feels in Portugal and why he chose this championship, when there were even better offers on the financial side.
He also has a comment about the Albanian National Team, Silvinho's work in the team and the European Championship in Germany in June: "I am happy in Portugal and in Famalikao's team. I have competitive pace and I am developing day by day. These are the two most important things for a footballer. I had several proposals that were better financially, but I wanted to play in a league where I could grow and that's why I chose Portugal", said Enea Mihaj at the beginning of the interview.
The National Team - The central defender who was also recruited by Silvinho in the European qualifiers, talks about the Albanian National Team and the change that the Brazilian coach has brought to the team:
" I am very happy and proud that we managed to qualify and that I participated in this journey. It is the second time in the history of Albania that it manages to qualify for the European. PAOK- Mihaj arrived in the summer of 2019 at the Greek club, but after three years of stay, he thinks that his adventure could have gone better if a serious injury did not penalize him:
" I stayed at PAOK for 3 years. If you think about the years and the activations I have had, they have not been ideal. Of course a serious injury cost me my second year on the team. In that year the team was eliminated from European competitions. You understand how difficult it was to take my chances. However, I later showed him that I could help the team. I think I have achieved the things I dreamed of, we have won a championship title and we have gone very far in Europe.
I think my career at PAOK could have had a different development, but I still can't know. As for the coaches I worked with, I learned a lot with Abel Ferreira. I didn't work much with Pablo Garcia, but he made the players play with spirit. Lucescu is a special coach. At the moment, I don't think of returning to Greece, but you never know what the future will bring ", concluded Mihaj.
