Juventus has achieved an important victory on the road against Lecce, triumphing with a minimum score of 0-1 in the match held at the "Via del Mare" stadium.
The Bianconeri started the match perfectly, finding the goal in the 12th second of the game. Dušan Vlahović took advantage of an assist from Andrea Kambiasos and sent the ball into the net, scoring one of the fastest goals in recent Serie A history.
According to statistics, this is the third fastest goal in the last two decades in Italian football's top flight. The record is held by Rafael Leao, who scored after six seconds, while Hirving Lozano ranks second with a goal scored after nine seconds of play.
Juventus came close to doubling their lead in the fifth minute, but Francisco Conceicao's shot was blocked by the post. The first half continued without many dangerous chances and ended with the Turin team's minimal advantage.
In the second half, Juventus managed to put the ball in the net twice more with Vlahovic and Pier Kalulu, but both goals were disallowed after verification by the VAR system for offside.
For Juventus, Edon Zhegrova was activated in the 83rd minute, while Ylber Ramadani was the starter and played throughout the match.
After this victory, Juventus climbs to third place with 68 points, while Lecce remains in 17th place with 32 points.
