The situation has sparked numerous discussions in the Greek sports community, with some fans expressing opposition to the possibility of an Albanian, a former representative of the red and black national team, taking a leadership role at the club.
However, among the negative reactions, a comment by a Greek fan on social media, which garnered many likes, has also received a lot of attention. In his reaction, he defended the possibility of Lila investing in PAS Janina.
" Why is he spoiling you? He's bringing in money!!! So if he (Andi Lila) was American, you old f***** (Greeks) would be dripping honey ."
Andi Lila has a long history with PAS Janina, where he has played over 150 matches during his career and is considered one of the most popular players to have worn the club's jersey in recent years.
