The surprise in the Second Division comes from Albanët, a club that has decided to withdraw just a few days before the start of the championship. Their place will be taken by Shiroka.

Shiroka will thus be part of Group A in the Second Category, which is also the North group. In the previous edition, Shiroka was part of Group A in the Third Category.

They finished the regular season in third place, right behind Eagle Football and Partizan B. Now the objective of moving up to the Second Division is being achieved thanks to the withdrawal of the Albanians.
