Today, the Electoral Assembly of the Albanian Football Federation has published the final list of members of the Executive Committee who must be elected at the Ordinary Electoral Assembly on February 16 of this year.
Meanwhile, in the race for the Executive Committee of the Albanian Football Association, 13 names are on the list for 10 positions. A name that stands out outside the world of sports is that of Blendi Fevziu. The involvement of the host of the “Opinion” show in this process reflects the association's aim for new arrivals in the football management structures.
Meanwhile, among the novelties among the candidates is the presence of former Teuta president, Edmond Hasanbelli, as well as the icon of the Albanian National Team, Geri Çipi.
Also in the race are other well-known names, such as Armando Cungu and Erind Resuli, two of the most trusted names in the Albanian Football Association in recent years, having held positions in the management of youth or futsal teams.
Lutfi Nuriu has also "rooted" himself in the Executive Committee of the Albanian Football Association. The former president of Tirana has been part of this Committee since 2002.
