A serious event has shaken the football world. Former Bolivian footballer Sergio Jauregui was shot dead while playing a friendly match in Mexico.
The 38-year-old was shot six times by an unknown person, during a match in Santa Ines, neighborhood of Cuautlas in Morelos.
He was going outside the white lines to freshen up, until a person approached him and shot him at close range, a full 6 times.
The killer left the scene on a motorcycle. Jauregui retired from active football in 2015, while he played in 13 matches for his representative.
A few minutes after the attack, emergency services and ambulances arrived but unfortunately he passed away.
