Marash Kumbulla's situation at Mallorca has become tense after statements by the Spanish team's coach, Martin Demichelis, who commented on the Albanian defender's continued absences from the team.
Asked by journalists about Kumbulla's condition, the Argentine coach gave an answer that was interpreted as a jab at the red and black footballer.
" I know nothing about Marash. For what he understands, few words are needed. I know nothing about him, and yet I know a lot ," declared Demichelis.

" I learned through the press about some news and comments that question my professionalism and commitment to Mallorca. I will not allow my professional involvement and commitment to be questioned. There will be a time and moment to clarify, but for now all forces must be focused on tomorrow's match ," Kumbulla wrote.
It remains to be seen whether the situation between the player and the club will be clarified in the coming days, at a delicate moment for Mallorca, which is fighting for survival in the Spanish championship.
