Partizan is going through a very difficult moment. After being eliminated from the Conference League, the "reds" were faced with the resignation of coach Skënder Gega and Technical Director, Sokol Haxhia.
This situation is not pleasing to the fans at all. Meanwhile, recently, the Partizan supporter group, "Ultras Guerrils", has reacted on social networks. The latter are demanding the immediate resignation of the Partizan club's management structures.

Our Partizan has only fans.
It seems as if only the fans bear the weight of failure or lack of success, even though they are not directly responsible. And finding those responsible seems like an impossible mission that goes through the backstage of excuses, whispers of blame where it is always someone else's fault, the next one who must be eliminated to keep the flag of the expert high that serves to keep the position of leader warm at all costs.
Players for this type of manager are only valid if the commission criteria and registration in the private management agency are met. Academy players are despised because they only bring benefits to the shirt of the club that formed them, instead we need anonymous players with inflated salaries, brought in with pomp and circumstance who unfortunately ended up in the reserves of the B team, leaving no trace there either. The transfer market operations and strategy are based only on the desire to find the most suitable moment to stall a contract and to formalize ordinary commissions.
For us as fans and for serious clubs, the new season has begun, and preparations, approaches, departures are being made so that the first match finds us ready and competitive for qualification and, above all, for the great aspiration of reaching the groups.
But it seems that now that the behind-the-scenes are coming to light, this type of leader has inevitably expected failure. He has not taken any steps to strengthen or harmonize the situation with the objectives. And when this dome does not know how to work in a team, let's not expect the opposite to be reflected in the team.
It is enough to glance at the CV and we understand that a former coach of the Kalamaj team with stripes, took over the leadership of Partizan when it had just become champion and is looking for a winning cycle. The winning cycle does not happen, but the problems that come are amplified and the same failed scenario is confirmed. The team went from a Range Rover to a Fiat 500 with generic problems and if we do not do the right services we will be left on the road. So it is better to put out on the road what needs to be put out ... by resigning.
