Breezy Johnson, who a few days ago won the gold medal in the women's downhill in Alpine Skiing at the Olympic Games, aimed to repeat her success in the SuperG competition, held this Thursday.

However, in terms of sport, the race did not go according to plan for the American. Johnson crashed during the descent and failed to finish the race, ending her hopes of another medal.

Despite the disappointment on the track, the day took an unexpected and emotional turn for the athlete. At the end of the race, her partner came up to her and, kneeling, proposed marriage. According to footage posted on social media, Johnson accepted the proposal.

In one of the shared photos, her hand is seen with her engagement ring and a tag that reads: " Who are we to fight alchemy ?", a phrase that seems to symbolize the bond and feelings between the couple.

So, even though he failed to successfully complete the SuperG race, for Breezy Johnson this Thursday will remain a special day, marked by an important moment in his personal life.
