The first images of Manchester United's new stadium have been revealed as plans to leave Old Trafford have been confirmed.

Plans for a new Red Devils stadium were confirmed in August this year, as new owners INEOS look to create a stadium of national significance.

While a rebuild of Old Trafford was initially considered, United chose to go ahead with plans to build a new 100,000-seater stadium believed to cost around £2 billion.

The new stadium will be built on land owned by the club opposite Old Trafford, with work scheduled to be completed in 2030.
