On the eve of the match against England for the 2026 World Cup qualifiers, national team striker Rei Manaj was surprised by his parents.

They decided to visit the city of Mitrovica in Kosovo, and did not hesitate to pose next to the iconic mural, where Manaj celebrates the winning goal against Serbia in Leskovac with an eagle.

The Lushnjari bomber did not hesitate to post this image on his "story" on "Instagram". Rei Manaj himself has a special sympathy for Kosovo and the representative team "Daradane", where in his statement after the victory with Andorra, he expressed the desire for Kosovo to be part of the "play-off" phase for the "2026 World Cup".
