Albania U-19 complicates the main mission, the goal saves the miracle of the little red and blacks for the European qualifiers

The Albanian U-19 national team has failed in its main mission that was set by the Albanian Football Federation. The football institution itself made it clear in a post on its official website a few days ago that the objective of the team led by Julian Ahmataj was to secure first place in the group in the matches organized in our country.

But after a 3-0 loss to Ukraine, a goalless draw against Slovakia in Durrës today has left Albania in third place in the group with one point and a negative goal difference of 0-3.

So to qualify directly, they need to win against Montenegro in their last match in three days, and hope that Slovakia can beat Ukraine. Otherwise, thanks to a goalless victory, they must hope to finish as the third best of all groups, to advance to the second phase of the tournament.
