Every beginning has an end and nothing lasts forever! This is the basic rule of life, football and everything else that touches the feet of a spirit. This rule is known best by Qazim Laçi, who at first glance seems to never take things seriously, always smiling, light-hearted and the first person to joke with all the members of the club, as if everything was working out perfectly in his personal life.
This is just the first glimpse of a man who suffers a lot inside, because behind it hides a boy with a big heart. Qazim Laçi may not be the much-mentioned media man or the player who grew up in England and Italy these days, but he is an "Old School" and time has shown that the old becomes more fashionable and takes on more value with the passage of time. Today, art is no longer preferred in football, today, knees are preferred in football, sacrifice in football, athleticism in football, harsh interventions in football, the dominance of Brazil and the beautiful game has long ended.
Seen from this perspective, a player like Qazim Laçi is the favorite among coaches, this is one of the reasons why Silvinjo never takes him off the field in Albania. A few days ago, Qazim Laçi chose to leave Sparta Prague by signing for Rizespor in Turkey.
The Czech Republic is not a country known for its great love for Albanians, and the slogans “Kosovo is Serbia” are so common in this country that they are no longer news. But Qazim Laçi was the first to set foot in Sparta Prague and eventually turned this club into an Albanian colony, shaking hands with every Albanian player who came to the club after him, from Kosovo and Albania, North Macedonia and Montenegro, we are all Albanians.
At a certain point, Qazim Laçi took the role of leader on the green field, giving a speech to all the Sparta players who were sitting and listening to him after some poor performances. And now comes the moment of departure! The way Sparta Prague has reacted to this departure was pure emotion. It was clear that in the Czech Republic they did not expect this decision of the Albanian midfielder to flee to Turkey and many beautiful memories of him, strong emotions, have been left behind.
"Albanian", was a post by Sparta Prague in an emoji with tears in its eyes, while the video showed all the moments of Qazim Laçi, in a video and in a song that added doses of sadness.
"Of course the Albanian," was another Sparta Prague post between Qazim Laçi's words and many photos showing beautiful moments and Qazim Laçi's smile with every member of the club.
Of course, Albanian, is an expression that Qazim Laçi used a lot in the club and everyone knew it at Sparta, turning it into an anthem there. This is because Qazim proudly showed his origin, at every moment and in moments of interviews, so much so that he even caused laughter in others. If you go one day for a visit to the Sparta Prague stadium and you say ..."Of course, Albanian", they will immediately mention the name of Qazim Laçi.
And Qazim Laçi succeeded, in a country that has great hatred for Albanians, Albania rose to the highest pedestal. Because life is so short that to take it so seriously, you should leave behind only beautiful memories and a name that takes time to fade and erase from history, in one form or another, Qazim Laçi succeeded, of course… the Albanian!
