
The Albanian Football Federation has officially appointed Tefik Osmani as director of the Scouting Department. An important task, previously held by Ardi Behari. The latter will remain at the Albanian Football Federation, specifically in the Education Department.
Osmani now has the important task of identifying and pursuing talents at home and abroad. The goal remains to include them in the Rossoneri.

"Tefik Osmani has been appointed the new Director of the Scouting Department at the Albanian Football Federation.
Osmani enjoyed a long and distinguished career as a footballer, playing for renowned clubs such as Skënderbeu, Tomori, Partizani, Elbasani, Tirana, Teuta, Vllaznia, as well as Metalurg Zaporizhya in Ukraine. He has also been a member of the Albanian National Team.
After ending his playing career, Osmani successfully served as sports director at Tirana and Vllaznia clubs. In his new role at the Albanian Football Association, he will be involved in the process of identifying and pursuing Albanian talents, both domestically and internationally, with the aim of including them in the national youth and representative teams.
This role was previously held with high professionalism and competence by Ardi Behari, who will continue his career in the Education Department at the AFF, where he will be responsible for organizing courses for coaches and developing educational programs. The AFF Technical Directorate expresses its appreciation for the hard work done by Behari in the Scouting Department and for his valuable contribution during this period.
