The sensational arrest of Liam Osmani, shortly after entering the Big Brother VIP house, got everyone's attention.
Journalist Dorjana Bezat and analyst Arjan Curri addressed Alket Shatro, Deputy Director for the investigation of organized crime and serious crimes, asking to know why he was not arrested earlier.
Shatra: The public prosecutor's office has not issued an international wanted notice.
Bezat: Why didn't you wait for this experience to end, who would he deceive?
Curri: It could be called house arrest. Why was it done this way? As a spectacle
Shatro: It has nothing to do with the show. On the 27th, he entered Big Brother on March 1. The first moment he entered, we received information from the sources of the police department.
Bezat: He appeared on every portal before entering, couldn't you make the arrest first?
Shatro: The first information is received after entering. I guarantee you that it has nothing to do with the show.
Journalist Dorjana Bezat also gave some more information about Liam's arrest: "The story is that in 2009, Liam contacted an agency for 17 tickets for his activity towards Germany. He received these tickets worth 6,300 euros. He knew the value that he had to return, but it was not repaid because he never came to Albania. Debt relations are resolved civilly. In 2019 he leaves his citizenship and in 2022 he is referred to and judged as an Albanian citizen. The accusative adjective is given to the defendant. It was named in the court decision. This individual did not know because he did not live here. How can he avoid investigation and judgment when he had no knowledge at all, when he appeared before the notary and recognized the debt".
