A serious incident happened in Durrës, where the 19-year-old girl Hygerta Meta killed her father and buried him in the backyard of the apartment.
The dynamics of the event are still unclear, while the girl herself has declared to the Police that she killed her father, as he forced her to get engaged against her will.
The family members say that they are very shocked and that they did not know anything.
"I dont know anything. I am very shocked. It is an Albanian tradition to notify each other of disasters. I don't know how he did it," said a family member.
"We got the news through the television," said another relative.
19-year-old Hygerta Meta allegedly killed and buried her 50-year-old father, Pëllumb Meta, in the backyard of the house in Durrës.
The 19-year-old is a student at the University of Tirana, majoring in business management. In the testimony given in front of the blue uniforms, she has assumed the authorship of the crime.
He killed his father with the victim's pistol, but the police have not yet been able to seize the weapon or the ammunition, which he also stated that he threw in the area of the Youth Sector.
Father Pellumb Meta worked as a guard. Sources indicate that the Durrës police are also verifying the role of the mother of the 19-year-old and her 2 brothers in the serious event in the family.
The motive for the murder was the father's encouragement to get engaged against her will, as well as the family conflicts they had.
