Today, the Tirana Prosecution Office confirmed to me the fact that Mr. Mazniku is a person under investigation on charges of abuse of office and violation of equality in tenders and this file has been transferred to the Special Prosecution Office for competence and SPAK registers Mazniku as a person under investigation. "If it finds along the way that other data emerges than what the prosecution has, it groups them and continues the investigation ," said Lala.
