Journalist Denis Dyrnjaja said that SPAK has new evidence for former president Ilir Meta regarding the CEZ-DIA issues, for which he was summoned twice to the Special Prosecutor's Office.
According to him, unlike Berisha, Meta has decided to face justice by appearing at SPAK every time they call him.
"In his speech to the media before he entered SPAK and after he left there, Meta describes the soap opera that was tried twice the CEZ-DIA case. What Meta says falls automatically; in justice, a tried case is not reopened unless there is new evidence. SPAK has practically reopened this issue as there is new testimony or evidence. Second, Meta makes a difference with Berisha in this case, unlike Berisha, he has decided to appear at SPAK whenever he is called. He has decided to face justice", said the journalist in an interview for Euronews Albania.
