Speaking about the affair of the "incinerators" and political developments in the country, analyst Andi Bushati says that we are in a situation where "scapegoats" are being used to save the real culprits.
According to Bushati, some of the main accused for the incinerators are victims who are turning into criminals to save the big thief.
