Lawyer Romeo Kara says that former Prime Minister Sali Berisha will be punished for the "Partizani" case.
In an interview for "Ora e Fundi" on ABC News, Kara said that there could be a large number of affairs for Berisha.
While journalist Ardit Rada stated that justice has shown professionalism in this matter.
Romeo Kara: Since it has not been mentioned in the media about dissatisfaction, violations, or illegal wealth, it is a big deal that we are dealing with a judge who is not talked about in Albania. This is a positive fact, we will have an independent judgement. We will have a busy preliminary session, there will be clashes regarding the validity of the acts. I do not see the possibility of dismissing the case. There may be a return to complete the acts, or taking other people in charge. I think that the people who have signed and have influence, there are others. Berisha's government has been in function of his illegal enrichment. The case will go to trial, these people will be judged. I am fully convinced of this. For Berisha, there may be a large number of affairs.
Ardit Rada: It really seemed as if SPAK gave Berisha a surprise for his birthday. We are facing a fact, he is under criminal charges. It is justice that has folded the papers, with professionalism. The former prime minister risks 4-12 years of imprisonment. This is one of the criminal offenses for which Berisha should be charged.
