The appearance at SPAK comes after searches at the apartment by agents of the National Bureau of Investigation, as there are suspicions of links to Suel Çela's gang.
The Director of the Elbasan Water Supply Company, Luan Tabaku, appeared today at SPAK.
The visit to SPAK comes a few days after the SPAK action in the city of Elbasan, by BKH officers and State Police officers in Albania, where a search was carried out in several homes and businesses in connection with the files opened for Suel Çela.
The checks were carried out at the business offices of Nazif Bajrami, owner of the company "Bajrami N" and a well-known businessman in the construction field in Elbasan, who has won a number of tenders from public institutions.

Also, checks were carried out on Marenglen Çoku, administrator of the AF Elbasani football team, who is also the owner of the company "ÇOKU M & E".
BKH officers have also conducted searches at the apartment of the director of the Elbasan Water and Sewerage Company (UKE), Luan Tabaku.
It is learned that from the analysis of conversations on the encrypted "Sky Ecc" application, they have proven to be connected to the criminal group led by Suel Çela, the latter of whom is still wanted by SPAK.
Sources indicate that the Special Prosecution Office is investigating public tenders that are suspected of being benefited by organized crime through third parties.
In November of last year, SPAK cracked down on Suel Çela's gang, issuing 21 security measures in total, but its leader managed to escape prosecution again, as he failed to be arrested.
The gang led by him is accused of a series of criminal events in Elbasan, as well as trafficking narcotics from Latin American countries to Europe./ Pamphlet
