Today, Tirana is getting ready to host the Summer Day celebrations. In order to guarantee the success of a series of activities in the capital, the State Police has taken measures to restrict the circulation of vehicles on some of the roads, where their development is planned.
1. Limiting the circulation of vehicles for the smooth running of the activities organized by the Municipality of Tirana within the framework of "Summer Day 2024", on March 13, 2024 from 12:00 to March 14, 2024 at midnight, in the following segments: - "Martyrs of the Nation" boulevard from the Ministry of the Interior to the beginning of the "Former Hotel Dajti";
"Dëshmorët e Kombit" boulevard from the "Ish-Hotel Dajti" bridge to the intersection with "Ismail Qemali" street;
Boulevard "Dëshmorët e Kombit" from the intersection of "Ismail Qemali" street to the intersection with "Gjergj Filipi" street;
"Dëshmorët e Kombit" boulevard from the intersection of "Gjergj Filipi" street to the beginning of "Mother Teresa" square; –
The segment of "Pjeter Bogdani" street from the intersection with "Ibrahim Rugova" street to the intersection with "Vaso Pasha" street, from 12:00 to 23:00;
"Ibrahim Rugova" street from the intersection with "Brigada VIII" street to the intersection with "Ismail Qemali" street, from 12:00 - 23:00.
2. The movement of vehicles, emergency vehicles and the State Police will take place according to the movement plan, as follows:
On "Lek Dukagjini" street, "Abdyl Frashëri" street, "Andon Zako
Çajupi" street, "Papa Gjon Pali 11" street, "Sami Frashëri" street, on "Zhan D' Ark" Boulevard and "Bajram Curri" Boulevard.
3. The movement itinerary of urban lines will continue the movement as follows:
Line No. 13 "New Tirana" and Line No. 2 "Old Sauk Street — Zoo — Former Train Station" will detour to "Willson" Square and "Zogu I" Boulevard.
