The former president of Albania, Alfred Moisiu, reacted strongly to the attack in Banjska. Although the government has been able to be lenient with the Serbs, for Moisiu there is no question that the attack was directed from Belgrade.
Present at the conference of the leaders of the Western Balkans, with the theme "Integration in the European Union, challenges and perspectives", he stated that efforts should be continued for the parties to sit down in talks, while Serbia should be asked for more.
