The Special Prosecutor's Office (SPAK) submitted to the Court of Appeal, the request for the "house arrest" security measure against Sali Berisha.
Regarding this, analyst Arben Meçe spoke on "News Line", who said that after his release, Berisha has increased his aggressiveness towards SPAK. Therefore, he emphasized that this is one of the reasons why SPAK requested his arrest.
"It seems that there is a new development from the Berisha file. Because the 'house arrest' measure was not within the framework of the procedures, but within the framework of the objection that Berisha made to the mandatory appearance measure.
But what is happening? Intimidation is also reported on the ground. I believe that this new circumstance is also the reason why SPAK is addressing the Court.

The release of Berisha was seen as a great victory for the Democratic Party, and on this logic the issue returns. We must understand that the day Berisha came out, the level of his aggressiveness towards SPAK, towards the prosecution bodies, increased to almost frightening proportions. What does Berisha mean, he has become a danger to the system and this has caused SPAK to turn to the Court, to take stricter measures", said the analyst.
