Journalist Artan Hoxha spoke about the January 21 investigation and his testimony at SPAK.

Hoxha said that the court could decide that he should reveal the source regarding the original tape, even if he does not, according to him he will be the first person arrested in this matter.

" If the Prosecutor insists on the source, it is the law that determines this. I am saying in this country that if a prosecutor takes the source from a journalist, then the journalist is obliged to give the source in a secret session, it does not protect us. It forces us to give the source. If I do not give the source, I have consequences, that maybe I have to open the way and save others behind. And in this situation, which is no longer hypothetical, January 21 could end after 16 years and the only one arrested would be me ," Hoxha said on "Euronews Albania".

The journalist appeared at SPAK yesterday to submit the material, while we have to see how the investigations will continue as there has been no development so far.
