In 1997, in Cërrik, Altin Elezi built, together with his wife, a fuel business.
After his death in 2011, his widow claims that his two brothers-in-law took over the business through a share sale contract with a forged signature.
The case was reported on the show "Stop", where a confrontation between the parties was also organized. According to the investigation, the documents were drawn up by a notary, but the wife's signature is missing, although the business was created during the marriage and with their joint contribution.
An expert report conducted by expert Vladimir Konomi concluded that the firm in the business transfer documents does not belong to Altin Elezit.
The case remains in the hands of justice, while the widow seeks the return of the property that, according to her, was taken from her with forged documents.
