Mark Nika, the uncle of Aleks Nika, one of the 4 killed on the boulevard during the protest of January 21, 2011, in an exclusive interview for Report TV, asks SPAK not to delay the investigations to unravel the chain of murder of this state crime.
"We had the tape and handed it over to SPAK. The tape is 34 minutes long. These are the conversations that took place between the command and the soldiers of the guard. Aleksi's uncle considers the 34-minute tape as the queen of the test and discovers what is inside it.
"This is the main evidence. The queen of proof. Murder by order was committed not by negligence. On the tape, he can be heard saying: Get your guns ready and shoot me when I say so. This is Ndrea Prendi's voice. Then he stopped firing and after he was killed, the guard left," he said.
