The Supreme Court has returned the case for the DP seal and logo to the Appeal for reconsideration.
Analyst Skënder Minxhozi has considered it as a game between the courts.
"The courts have played ping pong with the emblem of the Democratic Party. There had to be a clarity and this is one of the reasons that has put the Democratic Party in a fight and January 8 showed that. Therefore, the courts must have clarity for both parties", he said for "Abc News".
Furthermore, he stated that former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has become a shameful figure, as he has been abandoned by all Albanians and suffers from a lack of popular support.
"The security problem of Berisha is a logistical problem for DP. He is a political figure who has made the political climate in this city. It is the oldest politician of the transition and has made a shameful figure.
He has a major political problem. You saw how few people gathered around Berisha at the court today. This is also Berisha's problem. He is used to being led by this crowd. Today Berisha was not abandoned by the politicians or the USA, but first by the Albanians. He turns his head to the street today and realizes that there is none.
Today, Berisha feels naked and there are none of those who supported him in his beginnings. Today we have a prime minister who suffers from a lack of popular support", said Minxhozi.
Regarding the case of Gërdec and the testimony in the GJKKO of the son of the former prime minister, Shkëlzen Berisha, Minxhozi said that the fable is already known and justice must be done, where the blame should be taken by those who belong to it.
"More than the testimony of former officials or the son of the former prime minister in relation to issues such as Gërdeci or January 21, so for old events that no longer have fables, we know what happened. The challenge here is the phone calls that are left unread. It is the moment that these old events, where family members have fled this life without seeing it, or those who are waiting for justice, it is good to get an answer. Justice must once again take a look at these old events, where the state killed people at the doors of the buildings and the next day the state's servers woke up blank.
I think this is a great chance that after Gërdec, maybe on January 21, they will be found innocent and those who deserve the blame will take the blame" , he concluded.
