Expert Fatjon Softa commented on the hot files that the Special Prosecutor's Office has under investigation.
He said that the voluminous file from the SKY-ECC wiretapping will show the links between politics and crime.
According to him, this should be the success of this year for SPAK, as it will be accompanied by powerful people.
Softa said that citizens' trust should not come from SPAK, but from democracy, from the democratic system.
On the other hand, Softa adds that corrupt persons with positions are produced by the system itself, since according to him it is not possible for a mayor to steal funds alone. But there is a wrong system in the distribution of funds through PPPs or the tender competition, with companies that are created only on the day of the tender, without capital.
"Confidence does not come only from SPAK, but from democracy, from the citizens. But if the citizen has no weight and is not asked, then it is the institutions that wait. We have some intercepts coming out of SKY-ECC. It is a voluminous file which will bring together the links between politics and crime. Here our expectations should be maximum. This will be the part that the year 2024 will be more successful or with more events or surprises of arresting or accompanying people in power.
It is the system that produces the corrupt people as those people are never alone able to steal those funds. A mayor, how does he steal? There is a way, since we only let one person compete.
