The Criminal Lawyers Association, or more precisely those 5-6 criminal rascals and crooks who have usurped and are using this organization of honorable lawyers for bargaining, has been involved in a moral and institutional scandal, by "honoring" the self-dishonored lawyer Idajet Beqiri.
The Presidency of the Criminal Lawyers Association, led by Saimir Visha, has awarded the "Gold Platoon-2025" medal to the "monster" lawyer Idajet Beqiri, with the motivation: Pure moral character, integrity, fulfillment of the lawyer's mission and duty with honesty, correctness and professionalism.
Firstly, honors for someone's activity during work are not given at the beginning of the year, but at the end of the year, while lawyer Idajet Beqiri was awarded the "Golden Platoon-2025" medal in the first 3 months of 2025, during which time he was punished with a license suspension and did not practice law.
Because by Decision No. 353, dated November 20, 2024 of the Disciplinary Committee of the Tirana Bar Association and by court decision, his license was revoked for fraud resulting in theft of clients' financial assets, failure to provide legal services, and bargaining with opposing parties.
Secondly, the Presidency of the Criminal Lawyers Association, who are well acquainted with the Criminal Code and the law on the decriminalization of the Code of Ethics, should not honor the "monster" lawyer Idajet Beqiri, because when he was the President of the Kruja Court, he was sentenced to 1 year in prison for falsifying court decisions.
Meanwhile, with Decision No. 736, dated September 28, 1996, of the Court of Tirana, Idajet Beqiri was sentenced to 15 years in prison, on charges of crimes against humanity in collaboration with the leaders of the former communist dictatorship.
In EU justice files, it appears that on June 3, 2010, by a decision of the Liege Regional Court in Belgium, upheld by the Court of Appeal and Cassation there, Idajet Beqiri was sentenced to 4 years in prison for stealing large amounts of money from Albanian immigrants, through fraud by presenting himself as a senior KLA leader under the false name "Alban Vjosa".
On May 24, 2012, he was arrested in Kosovo where he was hiding under 4 false names, wanted by Belgian justice and listed by the FBI and DEA, for fraud with Western visas and leading drug trafficking and smuggling groups with several "strongmen" from Tepelena, Vlora, Mallakastra and Fieri.

Even if the "monster" lawyer did not have so many criminal convictions, the revocation of his license for fraud and theft of clients and "non grata" from the USA, the Presidency of the Criminal Lawyers Association should not have fallen into the trap of the "monster" Idajet Beqiri by awarding him the "Golden Platoon" medal.
Because in his personal file, Idajet Beqiri also has activity as a former security spy under the pseudonym "Ido Manekuta" in the years 1969-1982, for whom 300 cases of espionage have emerged, resulting in imprisonment and 3 death sentences, spied on when he was a high school student, student and leader of the communist youth organization./ Pamphlet
